Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Free US shipping on orders over $49. Under $49, shipping is a flat $4.95.

How long it takes

Most US orders arrive 3 to 8 business days after ordering.

- Production: 1-3 business days
- Shipping: 2-5 business days after production

Every Hestine shirt is printed to order by our production partner, so production time is part of total delivery time.

Peak season

During the holiday season (mid-November through December), production and shipping times may run a few days longer due to carrier volume. We recommend ordering early for gifts.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder before reaching out.

Lost, delayed, or stuck packages

If your tracking shows your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, email help@hestine.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address if you reach out within 2 hours of ordering. After that, the order has usually been routed to production and the address is locked.

Wrong address or undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for reship costs in this case.
